Staff very polite and helpful giving good impression about Turkish people, especially Mr. Sadaf. Hotel very organized and very tidy and clean. Breakfast simple and delicious especially Shashoka. Room is big with nice view. My wife and I enjoyed the sauna termal bath at room. Food sure we will stay in termal elit hotel in coming holidays. Thank you Sadat, wah I, Ismael.
