Amazing food options. We were there for a Man U Match which was great Did Manchester art gallery which was really good and also a Manchester river/ canal tour from Salford which was really lovely and informative. Easy to get around with Tram and great pricing for a family weekend travel card Really friendly people - missed the Northern welcome Fab lunch at the Matchstick Man pub at Salford Quays - amazing prices midweek. My review is a mixed bag for sure! On one hand, the Spa was exceptional, and on the other, the rooms were at most 3 stars. If your expecting luxury in the bedroom, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Just an amazing city where modern meets traditional.
Just an amazing city where modern meets traditional. A vibrant place filled with beautiful architecture and culture, all with a feeling of togetherness and a real sense of the spirit of the Mancunian people. A warm convivial and friendly place which welcomes all comers. Such a diverse mix of restaurants, bars and eating places to cater for all tastes. The trams are fantastic. the lifeblood of the city centre and a great way to get around easily. The City has shrugged off its grim up North appearance and now bristles with businesses, new buildings and opportunities. Not the cheapest place to visit but certainly much better value than London. If you're into live music, check out Aviva Studios for a chance to catch a cool concert; we saw Sampha, which was amazing. Additionally, if you have some free time, consider visiting the iconic Manchester United or Manchester City stadium for a glimpse into football history. This was our 10th trip to Manchester the city is vibrant and full of bars, restaurants and also great for shopping you have so many places to visit there is the Arndale centre in the heart of the city but also the Trafford centre a short ride on the tram and it stops directly outside the the centre you'll find shops bars and plenty of places to eat there is also 2 arcades in the centre itself with bars inside if you want to relax while younger people want to check out the games the centre is massive and worth a trip out if its your first timeleslieIreland

The rooms are stylish too and adequately sized for a short stay. Room was very clean and bed was more than comfortable for a few nights stay. Having a chair + desk in the room is also a bonus so you're not forced to use the bed when you're not sleeping! I also found the WC facilities in the room were perfect. This is probably my favourite Motel One in Manchester City Center!
