Great location right by the beach (very rare in Chios Island). We had an extended stay and really enjoyed it - the breakfast buffet was very good with varied food, and the service was exceptional. Our double room with sea view was just what we needed - very spacious, with a kitchinette (refrigerator included) and a lovely little balcony. We will defintely come back!

It was an amazing experience overall. The staff were kind and helpful and they welcomed us with welcoming drinks that we could enjoy in our terrace. The rooms were quite big and well decorated. The breakfast was so delicious and fresh. It is in a nice neighbourhood that you can enjoy an old Greek town. It is very close to a nice beach that you can find an amazing sea and delicious food.

Mesta Mastic was a perfect place for me as a solo woman traveler. Jenny and Anna are very kind, helping me with luggage, leaving extra treats in my room, inviting me to sit and chat in the Mesta town plaza, even doing some laundry for me as Anna knew I was traveling for several weeks. Mesta is a wonderful, historic place to be. It has day-trip visitors in the daytime, but (in late September) is very quiet at night and in the mornings. I had a car, so could drive around the south half of the island easily on small roads. Pirgi is nearby as is the Mastic Museum where I spent about 3 hours one day. I also enjoyed driving up the west side of Chios and stopping at sights and villages along the way. I'm very happy that I stayed in Mesta instead of Chios Town or the popular & busier seaside places. My room was very comfortable with a large bedroom & bath separated from the kitchen/dining/sitting area. Everything was very modern and looked new. The WiFi worked well, bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed relaxing in the cozy cushioned sitting area built into the corner of the kitchen/dining area. AC/heat is available.

The Pounti er til húsa í byggingu frá 14. öld og býður upp á hefðbundin gistirými með eldunaraðstöðu í miðaldaþorpinu Pyrgi. Heimalagaður morgunverður er framreiddur daglega og er ókeypis. I can't tell you what a wonderful stay this was. Firstly, Toula was out of town. I'd read that her breakfasts were amazing but unfortunately my stay would be on a room only basis. This really wasn't an issue as the hotel is a short walk to the village square where there is a whole host of cafe's to choose from. Mr Costa was an exceptional host and really made me feel welcome. Such a lovely kind man who really looked after me. The hotel itself is absolutely out of this world. It is clear that a lot of care and attention has gone into curating beautiful pieces of antique furniture and art to complement this gorgeous medieval house. I can't rate it highly enough and honestly hope to be back one day!

Iason Hotel Apartments is on the edge of a pine forest right on the pebbly beach of Giosonas in Chios. It features apartments with a private balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. Continental Breakfast was very good and enough for us.

Filoxenia Hotel er staðsett í Chios, í 7 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Chios-höfninni og býður upp á verönd og útsýni yfir borgina. Very helpful and friendly staff, ideal location for both port and town.

Grecian Castle er aðeins 100 metra frá Bella Vista-ströndinni og 1 km frá Chios-bænum og býður upp á gistirými allt árið um kring í glæsilegum herbergjum. Very clean room & property. Good size room & good bathroom. Very good pool

Chios Chandris er með útsýni yfir höfn eyjunnar og býður upp á smekklega innréttuð herbergi, executive-svítur og þaksvítur sem opnast út á svalir. The location and how friendly was the hotel staff particularly the one in reception should be noted. Thank you Eleni for your support. Also the breakfast was good. I will definitely return and try a winter break getaway too!
