Attractively situated in the Kallio district of Helsinki, Citybox Helsinki is situated 1.4 km from Helsinki Cathedral, 1.6 km from Helsinki Central Station and 1.8 km from Helsinki Olympic Stadium. What did I like? Everything! Location! It is literally built on top of the metro station, only 2 stops from the central rail station and an easy walk to the main sights.. Layout! This is well thought out! Amazing lobby/ kitchen area.check in is simple enough that this boomer could figure it out. Security. You cannot use the elevator without your room key card and you can only go to your floor. Free baggage storage! We had a 6 pm flight. We were welcome to use the lobby even after check out. The room was simple, clean and comfortable. Price. I booked it because it was the cheapest hotel anywhere close to downtown. Staff were always available and friendly.

My Husband and I had a great time at Haikko Manor and Spa! Our room and facilities met all our expectations. The spa zone was nice, there were a lot of different spa activities (a couple of sauna, jacuzzi, pool, and others) and enough space for all the guests. The nature around the hotel was beautiful, a true winter wonderland! A walk around and a small hike after the delicious breakfast - was exactly what we needed. Another nice thing was that we left headphones in our room and lost&found service helped us with arranging the delivery of it to Helsinki. Thanks for your hospitality, Haikko Manor & Spa Team!

Although not the most modern of buildings, the staff and facilities more than make up for it. Amazing spa with access straight into the Baltic Sea for a little bit of wild swimming. The staff were all really friendly and happy. They all went out of their way to make our stay really special and couldn’t have been more helpful with everything from the local bus times to hiring the e-bikes. We felt very well looked after.

Great Staff, perfect location with great views too. There is tram stop just outside making traveling to shopping areas and cruise centre super convenient. I love the sauna and pool too.
