Great location on Chapel Street. Restaurants, Tesco & shopping within walking distance. Really helpful and friendly staff. Option for cooked breakfast comes with the cost of the room + coffee, tea, yogurt, fruit, and cereal items too. Friendly and helpful staff. Front desk helped us get a taxi, which was very nice. Overall good experience.

Room with sea view. Breakfast was optional, I liked that. Also the price was reasonable.

I liked the artwork and the decor of the inn. It was very convenient to have a lounge for an early breakfast or evening dinner/drink. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom was great with a heated towel holder and rainfall shower. I also loved the natural lotions and soaps that were free. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable.

Glad we got tickets for the Minack Theatre and explored the Gobal Telecommunications Museum, took the Coaster bus several tiimes, including to Land's End and walked the Coastal path to Sennen. Enjoyed the Penlee art gallery, especially in the midst of reading "Summer in February." Enjoyed a meal at the oldest pub, and at the Longboat Inn. The staff at the Info Centre were the best - gave us so many tips and set us on the right buses.

i like walking on the promenade, along to Newlyn, took the Mounts Bay coast path to Marazion, took the bus to Trengwainton gardens- lovely to see the magnolias, rhododendrons and camellias - interesting walks round the gardens and a lovely cafe with friendly staff and good food.
Visited Trewidden gardens by bus and also took the train to St. Ives- a lovely scenic run along the coast.
Penzance town has a nice selection of shops and it is worth exploring the back streets and the area round Chapel street. On previous visits have been to the Morrab gardens and other parks. Penzance is easy to walk round, has a good bus service and the tourist information staff are very knowledgable and helpful.

Went in the end of February, it was a quiet time with everything closing by 10pm, and last buses leaving early, but it's just as lovely if not more so as any other time of the year could be. Even for hiking, if you get ready for the wind, the rain, the fog, the mud and the cold.

We came in February so not very busy.
We came in February so not very busy. Many places to walk around, lovely garden in the center of town. Great beach, St Michael's Mount very close by. St Ives also not far away. Great place as a bae to see Cornwall.
Stayed in this hotel either side of Isles of Scilly trip and it was perfect. Staff were very friendly and approachable. Would recommend not just for a stop over to the Isles but also for anyone wanting to visit Penzance as it was very close to the town/train station etc . Also ideal base for exploring the beautiful places nearby. Great breakfast served daily too. Could order whatever wanted and at a time to suit. Thanks Kate and Roy for making us feel welcome (and not forgetting Bob the dog!).
Very close to the excellent Praa sands beach. A modern and comfortable flat, fully equipped with everything needed for self-catering. Even some games in the living room cupboard. Very clean, and a very friendly and prompt service.
Excellent location close to the beach, and in easy driving distance to supermarkets, to Penzance, the Penwith peninsula and to Porthleven. You can start walking the coast path straight from where you are towards Porthleven. To be warmly recommended. We had a great time!
Josh is an extremely friendly and helpful host. He gave us a lot of insider advice as to what to visit in Penzance and also in Brighton (where we had a blast in Snooper's Paradise!). During our stay, he always made sure that we have everything we needed. The hotel is well-located and the rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything that one might require. The breakfast room is neat and offers a variety of healthy options, including fresh fruit.
This seaside hotel is really lovely. It's at the north end of town, a short walk to the center, but nicely located.
Our room was small, but very workable. It did not have a view of anything wonderful, but it was quite and cozy.
The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom is updated and has nice amenities.
Parking is available in a secured garage with prior arrangements.
Breakfast was buffet style.
Mike and Julie were excellent hosts. The Breakfast was absolutely delicious... we had a cooked 'Cornish' every morning. You also got fresh fruit, cereal, fruit juice and toast. It was by far the best B&B/hotel in Penzance. Very well maintained. Spotlessly clean. Sea view. Free parking. We would recommend Warwick House highly to anyone looking to stay there.
Great location on the seafront. This classic British hotel was warm, airy, quiet and the staff were friendly. The weather in December was awful but the tearoom and breakfast room have large windows with sea views so we could storm-watch in comfort. I enjoyed my stay. Definitely coming here again.
Hosts are Sally & Alan—very nice and helpful with daily journeys. Breakfast served individually in A pleasant dining room, for all guests. Room was well appointed, bright, with a small bathroom. Everything very clean and well planned. The best choice of B & B’s in the Promenade area of Penzance.
Very nice, near new build and very quiet area.
Room had everything you needed, even internet tv which was really nice.
Owner was very friendly and has obviously put a lot of effort in to the property.
Is an easy 12-15 min drive to Penzance.
1. Quiet, sheltered location surrounded by mature gardens.
2. Perfect location for exploring key tourist locations. Plenty to do within 30 minute drive.
3. Key amenities in Newlyn and Penzance within 5-10min drive.
On a road trip round Cornwall this was the worst hotel we stayed in. It is close to St Michael's Mount, which is a plus. To get into Penzance there are buses. The bedroom was OK, reasonably spacious.
Amazing, cosy and welcoming hotel with stunning views of Penzance. Great breakfast options. Clean rooms, comfy beds, powerful shower and friendly attentive staff. Would definitely recommend.
A very nice hotel, very conveniently located for Penzance train station and connections to the Isles of Scilly. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was very good.
Very big room with a modern decorated bathroom, nice host, would definitely come back to this hotel, and strongly recommend if you are visiting Penzance!
