Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great location, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Great place for walking or in season skiing.
Great place for walking or in season skiing. Close enough to Istanbul to drive in and if you don't want to stay on Uludag where accommodation is quite expensive, Bursa is close by. You can drive up ( although not recommend in winter) or use the cable way( Teleferik). Plenty of ski lifts available on top.

beautiful scenery and well maintained & cleaned. Ski lifts were modern and well maintained ... the lift passes worked easily. ski slopes well groomed and varied. We would look for a B&B or half board arrangement on our next visit to allow us to maximise our skiing experience, enjoy a more casual time & enjoy more diverse cuisine.

Great location during December/January. Very convenient for families. Rooms and open areas excellent. Only problem was the wi-fi. No wi-fi in rooms and very poor in open areas. For a hotel of such rating, they should seriously improve on the wi-fi.

In the middle of the forest, if you like nature you will love this place. These huge dogs roaming the hotel grounds are absolutely gorgeous, and protect us people against the wild forest creatures nearby ( beware of the bears ). Do not miss the cable car (teleferik) ride, its amazing. Definitely try fruit and corn sellers near the teleferik station, maybe a little expensive, but worth it.

The view was very nice pointing to the snow mountains. Location is perfect to ski beginners. There is a lift just in front of the hotel and the ski store is very nice and helpful. The Sarıalan area is one of the teleferik stations and has a small market, adventure park and a few BBQ restaurants. The hotel itself has a restaurant, the breakfast was good.
